FAQs

  • The address is: 1155 N Sherman St, Denver, CO 80203

My office is on the 3rd floor. Please note that there is no elevator in the building, so we will have to walk up two flights of stairs to reach the office.

  • There is a parking lot right next to the building, with reserved spots for clients.

    Additionally, street parking is available.

  • The building does not have an elevator, so unfortunately it is not wheelchair-accessible. My office is on the 3rd floor.

There are single-use, gender-neutral bathrooms right outside my office.

*If you would like to participate in a therapy intensive but this office does not meet your accessibility needs, we can either meet online, or we can discuss the possibility of me traveling to you. Please let me know during our free consult if you have any requests around this.

  • The office is designed to be sensory-soothing, particularly for highly sensitive & neurodivergent people. That being said, each person's nervous system is unique, so please let me know if you have specific needs or sensitivities (sight, sound, smell, texture, etc.).

There are a few different seats to choose from, and each is soft and comfortable.

There are plenty of fidget toys, pillows, and blankets (including a weighted one).

There are two yoga mats, and you are welcome to stretch & move around during our sessions.

There are lamps with soft lighting, as well as candles. There is no overhead or fluorescent lighting.

There may be an incense fragrance in the office, which impacts each person's senses differently. Please let me know beforehand if you have sensitivity to smells.
