INTAKE SESSION

1.5 HOURS | We’ll discuss your goals & intentions for your intensive experience. I’ll ask you questions about your life experiences & current challenges. Together, we will craft your therapy plan.

THERAPY WORKBOOK

ON YOUR OWN TIME (optional) | Customizable online workbook with self-reflection exercises & journaling prompts to gently prepare you for your intensive experience.

PROCESSING SESSION

3 HOURS | Extended, focused time for deep healing & accelerated growth. Processing sessions are personalized to your needs & goals. In addition to transformative therapies such as EMDR, IFS, and Brainspotting, we may incorporate rituals such as tea, music, & art.

What’s the difference between weekly therapy & Intensives?

Weekly therapy is like a flight with multiple layovers. While you’ll eventually get from Point A to Point B, it takes longer… with breaks + detours along the way.

Intensive therapy is like a direct flight — focused sessions for quicker progress.

4 weeks of therapy (80-120 min processing): $900+

With weekly therapy, the focus shifts significantly from one session to the next — because life happens! You might spend multiple weeks/months working on one specific stressor before it’s fully resolved.


INTENSIVE THERAPY (3 HRS)

2-day intensive (210-230 min processing): $1,350+

With intensive therapy, you might fully resolve one or multiple stressors in 2 days.

1 intensive session is equivalent to multiple weeks of therapy.

Due to the increased value of intensive therapy, you may end up spending less time & money on continuous weekly therapy.
