LIZ ZHOU | HOLISTIC TRAUMA THERAPIST

Speaking & Workshops

Engaging talks. Empowering workshops.

Education & healing for the community.

Meet Liz (she/her)

I’m a therapist specializing in trauma, neurodiversity, and psychedelic medicines.

I break down big topics into digestible pieces, making mental health education engaging and accessible for different types of brains.

I work with communities and organizations to shed light on “taboo” topics, including:

  • Asian American mental health

  • psychedelic medicines (psilocybin, ketamine, cannabis, ayahuasca, San Pedro, iboga, 5-MeO-DMT, and more)

  • neurodiversity (autism, ADHD, high sensitivity)

Whether I’m leading a workshop for your team, speaking on a panel, or hosting a community event, I create spaces where you feel seen, heard, and connected.
